Information Overload and Choices

We are bombarded with information. Most of it is noise. We must internally ignore the noise. We can then focus on the information that aids us with our desire, purpose, dreams, values, and ability to take action.

I mention time as our personal commodity before. However, our ability to choose is also a personal commodity. Without that ability, to choose, we lose ourselves and our individuality.
