Had the Tools – Inexperience Caused the Delay

The Right Tools - Inexperience Caused Delay

Not sure if I should quote myself, but here we are. This thought occurred to me as I was working on my refrigerator. I had to replace the water filter.

I found myself reviewing YouTube videos, double-checking the right part number before ordering online, and searching other content for any additional information.

I had the right tools and parts. However, this was the first time replacing the filter, splicing the water hoses, and replacing those couplings.
As Murphy Law dictates, it never goes according to plan. While the online content was helpful, I had to make some modifications.
I had the right tools and parts, but being inexperienced (first time), it took me a while to perform the tasks.

This is life. Everyone has a day one. Depending on the task, regardless of your age, it could be your day one. Seeing someone else having their day one, give them some space and allow them time.
