Rather than simply providing information, the teacher encourages students to actively engage with the material and each other. This method helps students to develop their critical thinking and communication skills, while also promoting a deeper understanding of the material.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">One of the main benefits of the coaching method is that it encourages students to take ownership of their learning. Rather than simply being passive recipients of information, students are actively involved in the learning process. This not only helps to motivate students but also helps to create a more dynamic and engaging learning environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To effectively implement the coaching method in the Paideia method, teachers must be skilled in active listening and effective questioning. The teacher must be able to ask open-ended questions that encourage discussion and exploration of ideas.
