One of the most effective ways to foster a culture of continuous improvement is through project management<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Project management is a structured approach to planning, executing, and monitoring projects to achieve specific goals within a defined timeline and budget. It involves a set of processes, tools, and techniques that help project managers and their teams to manage projects effectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Recently, my role<\/a> has changed to Project Manager within Corporate FSI (Foreign Systems Interfaces) team at Universal Health Services<\/a>. While I have been technically managing implementation, and new builds for our Acute facilities involving Physician Billing for the last two-three years, it\u2019s nice to pursue this course, officially.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this article, we will discuss how project management can be used to foster a culture of continuous improvement within an organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
