Responsibility is a critical aspect of project planning and management. It refers to the assignment of tasks and duties to individuals or teams, along with the expectation that they will be completed on time and to a high standard. The allocation of responsibility is a vital element in ensuring project success, as it ensures that everyone involved in the project knows what is expected of them and can work together towards a common goal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Recently, my role<\/a> has changed to Project Manager within Corporate FSI (Foreign Systems Interfaces) team at Universal Health Services<\/a>. While I have been technically managing implementation, and new builds for our Acute facilities involving Physician Billing for the last two-three years, it\u2019s nice to pursue this course, officially.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
