In project management, a corrective action plan (CAP) is a document that outlines the steps to be taken to correct a problem or issue that has been identified. The purpose of a CAP is to address the root cause of the issue, prevent it from happening again, and ensure that the project remains on track.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Recently, my role<\/a> has changed to Project Manager within Corporate FSI (Foreign Systems Interfaces) team at Universal Health Services<\/a>. While I have been technically managing implementation, and new builds for our Acute facilities involving Physician Billing for the last two-three years, it\u2019s nice to pursue this course, officially.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
