To<br>understand the physical and chemical basis of a system, students must understand the structure of matter, the forces between objects, the related energy transfers, and their<br>consequences. In this way, the underlying principles of physical science, chemistry, and physics allow students to understand all natural and human-created phenomena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Below I have created resources for each Oklahoma Academic Standard involving Physical Science. Additionally, note the aligned Common Core Standard that aligns with each Oklahoma Academic Standard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Matter and Its Interactions (PS1)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PS.PS1.1<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Standard: Use the periodic table as a model to predict the relative properties of elements based on the patterns of electrons in the outermost energy level of atoms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Common Core Alignment:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>RST.9-10.7 &#8211;
