Project management is a crucial aspect of healthcare as it helps to ensure that healthcare services are delivered efficiently and effectively. The healthcare industry is complex and involves numerous stakeholders, including patients, healthcare providers, insurance companies, and government agencies. Effective project management is critical for managing resources, ensuring the quality of care, and meeting regulatory requirements.
Recently, my role has changed to Project Manager within Corporate FSI (Foreign Systems Interfaces) team at Universal Health Services. While I have been technically managing implementation, and new builds for our Acute facilities involving Physician Billing for the last two-three years, it’s nice to pursue this course, officially.
