Five Steps That Will Improve Your Effectiveness

It is not that we have a short space of time, but that we waste much of it.
Seneca (On The Shortness of Life – Chapter I)

  1. Make the most of your unscheduled time
  2. Be results orientated
  3. Make your strengths work for you
  4. Focus on 1 or 2 tasks at a time
  5. Make good decisions

Too often we tend to waste time on our cellphones and social media.

Here is some interesting facts.

  • We spend five years of our lives on the internet. This is a conservative 11 hours and 20 minutes a month estimate.
  • We might be asleep for 26 years of our lives – but we take another seven years trying to drift off.
  • The average woman spends 136 days dressing up, applying make-up, plucking and showering.

Moving forward make the most of your time. It is the one currency you can never replace.
